WV-X1551LN Description
WV-X1551LN is part of the i-PRO X-Series of network security cameras with
built in Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities making them ideal for the
next generation of intelligent applications in business and society. AI-based
high precision analysis helps surveillance and crime prevention to operate more
efficiently and cover processes with less manpower than previously required.
The vandal resistant outdoor bullet CCTV camera with 5MP resolution employs an
AI engine with high processing performance and on-board analytics to detect
suspicious changes in scenes. By utilising the built-in AI engine , the camera
can provide an improved detecting accuracy, and reduce the amount of false
alarms. This makes the camera a perfect match for public safety such as city
surveillance, transportation like airports or train stations, logistics,
healthcare, retail and many more.
The new cameras can install up to three video analytics applications, with two i-PRO
in-house provided applications plus the Software Development Kit. Therefore, the
camera range is providing a cost effective solution regarding server network
needed for processing capacity. With this additional Software Development Kit,
the camera is open for third party application development that can be tailored
to a business customer’s needs.
Features such as the improved AI Intelligent Auto (iA) function monitors scene
dynamics and motion automatically adjust key camera settings (such as shutter
speed or noise reduction) even better than before in real-time reducing
distortion such as motion blur on moving objects. Also the network bandwidth
reduction has been developed further into AI Smart Coding in order to optimise
video compression to conserve server storage capacities.
